    Various distances offered, ranging from 5-8k. Suitable for all abilities with a tail runner/walker at the rear so no one is left behind.

  • Thursdays 6:30pm
    These coached sessions are designed to help you improve your running, at your own pace, suitable for new and advanced runners.

  • Ad Hoc - small groups
    Smaller groups meet for longer social runs of 10k+. Great to explore the local area and have a good chinwag!

  • Wednesdays 6:30pm
    Our Youth coached sessions are designed to help you improve your running, at your own pace, suitable for all 12-16 year olds.

Our weekly social sessions, training sessions and long runs are all announced via the Spond App which can be downloaded to your smart phone or tablet from the relevant AppStore. We encourage all members to use the App as it really helps us with secure communication.

Our Adult social runs and training sessions usually meet at the Recreation Ground between Burgh Road and Sir Williams Lane – see below. Please check if you are new or haven’t attended for a while as we occasionally meet at Blickling or other start points.

The Youth section usually meets at Youngs Park.
