Aylsham Runners is for anyone who is passionate about running, our membership ranges from those who actively compete in road, cross country, fell and ultra distance events to those who just enjoy a social run and want to keep up their fitness levels. Thursday is our main club night.

These coached sessions are designed to help you improve your running, you will run at your own pace, so they are suitable for new and advanced runners. Two different sessions are available each week so you can pick the session most suitable for you.
