Aylsham Runners Youth is for 12-16 year olds who are passionate about running, our membership ranges from those who actively compete in road races & events to those who just enjoy a social run and want to keep up their fitness levels. Wednesday is our Youth club training night.

Training involves Strength and Effort sessions designed to help you improve your running.

Our Youth coached sessions are designed to help you improve your running, you will run at your own pace, so they are suitable for new and advanced runners from 12 to 16 years of age.

Whatever you are training for, our coaches will help you improve and reach your goal. And you’ll have great fun!
