The longer the run, the stronger you become.
For those training (or aiming) for longer distances, small groups of our members often meet up for a longer run of 10k+. These range in distance but will increase as local long distance events come around to help members achieve their training plans and goals.
These runs are not organised training runs but ad hoc opportunities to run with others with similar goals and standard.


The real run starts when you want to stop.
A longer route will typically take in local villages on quiet roads, trails and footpaths. They are great to explore the local area and have a good chinwag at the same time. They often finish up in Aylsham for a coffee and a cake too!
Whatever you are training (or aiming) for, we will help you improve and reach your goal. And have fun whilst doings so!
