Abby Coates has kindly offered to provide Aylsham Runners with a strength and conditioning session. This will be held on Tuesday 3rd March at Aylsham town hall, 19:00-20:00.

This session will guide you through a simple bodyweight circuit using resistance bands to target key muscle groups. The circuit is easy to incorporate into your weekly routine and is designed to help you build strength, improve running technique, and reduce the risk of injury.

We’ll finish with a dedicated runner-focused stretch to leave you feeling loose and refreshed.

What you need

  • A yoga mat if you have one (spares are available)
  • A resistance or activation band if you own one

After the session a PDF of all exercises will be sent out so you can continue the workout at home or in the gym.
