It doesn’t matter if you are new to running or returning after a break and looking for a way to get back into the routine, signing up to Couch to 5k is a positive step in the right direction.
Our New Year programme starts on Monday 6th January and runs for 9 weeks – each week starting at the Recreation Ground off of Sir Williams Way / Burgh Road at 6:30pm
We will follow the NHS C25K programme, and would urge you to download their app onto your phone as you need to run 3 times in total each week. This will help when we are out together. Our preferred option is the BBC C25K app. (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/get-inspired/43501261). It has voice prompts telling you when to run/walk and a useful visual screen showing you where you are within the session. Remember you are not on your own…

Club Activities
We offer 3 training sessions and social runs per week, each session starts at Aylsham Recreation Ground. It’s not just the training and the social, we like to enter races and help out as volunteers too!
